We deliver 100% defect-free products to your doorstep.
However, we have a customer-friendly refund/return policy within 2 days of delivery.

Refund/return will be processed only if there are the following issues:

  1. You received the wrong product.
  2. You received the wrong size product.
  3. The product photo print is different than what you ordered.
  4. The Product has cracks, or it’s broken.
  5. If the Product packet is damaged, please do not accept it and return it to the courier boy and inform us through email info@badhaiyan.in & WhatsApp – 9910443076 with the order ID.

Please follow the steps to process the return/refund of your product.

  1. Please make a product packet opening video, and photos, and send it to us via email & WhatsApp – 9910443076 within 2 days of the delivery.
  2. If we find a genuine issue with the product, we will confirm with you after analyzing the product video and images.
  3. After the confirmation, you can send the product to our address. After checking the product manually, we will process your return/refund.
  4. The platform/payment processing fee will be charged in the refund amount.

Note: Due to unforeseen reasons, if we are not able to deliver your product or it gets out of stock, we will inform you and refund your amount.
