We deliver 100% defect-free products to your doorstep.
However, we have a customer-friendly refund/return policy within 2 days of delivery.
Refund/return will be processed only if there are the following issues:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size product.
- The product photo print is different than what you ordered.
- The Product has cracks, or it’s broken.
- If the Product packet is damaged, please do not accept it and return it to the courier boy and inform us through email info@badhaiyan.in & WhatsApp – 9910443076 with the order ID.
Please follow the steps to process the return/refund of your product.
- Please make a product packet opening video, and photos, and send it to us via email & WhatsApp – 9910443076 within 2 days of the delivery.
- If we find a genuine issue with the product, we will confirm with you after analyzing the product video and images.
- After the confirmation, you can send the product to our address. After checking the product manually, we will process your return/refund.
- The platform/payment processing fee will be charged in the refund amount.
Note: Due to unforeseen reasons, if we are not able to deliver your product or it gets out of stock, we will inform you and refund your amount.
