Return and Exchange:

We allow one time 2 days (48-hour) return or exchange window from the day you received your order; however, the customer will have to package the Painting/Artwork himself for return postage and bear the cost of return postage. If the shipment is damaged in reverse transfer, we may not accept the same, and the decision will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

If any shipment is damaged during shipping from us to your address, we will look into it on a case-by-case basis. You are requested to make a video of the opening of the package.
